How to lock liquidity on Robinhood Chain.
Locking liquidity is the single strongest trust signal a token project can send. On Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663), you can lock any ERC-20 — team supply, treasury or the project token itself — in under a minute using HoodLock — a trustless locker with a verified contract, no admin keys, and a public proof page for every lock.
How this works on Robinhood Chain. It depends on which kind of pool you are in. A v2-style LP position is itself an ERC-20 token, so HoodLock's liquidity locker holds it exactly like any other balance. A Uniswap v3 or v4 position is an NFT, not a token, and cannot be held by the locker. Most liquidity on this chain sits in v3 and v4, and most launchpads here already lock or burn the position at graduation, so check what happened to yours before looking for somewhere to lock it.
What you need
- A wallet on Robinhood Chain (MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, Robinhood Wallet or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet)
- The token contract address you want to lock
- A small amount of ETH for gas plus the flat 0.005 ETH platform fee
Step-by-step: lock tokens in under a minute
- Open the app. Go to hoodlock.tech/app/locks and connect your wallet. The app adds Robinhood Chain automatically if your wallet doesn't have it yet.
- Pick the token. Paste the token contract address, or simply pick it from the dropdown that lists every token in your wallet. The app verifies the symbol, decimals and your balance on-chain.
- Set the amount. Type it or hit MAX.
- Choose the unlock date. Use the presets (7D, 1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y) or pick a custom date. Remember: locks are extend-only. You can always push the date later, never earlier.
- Approve and lock. Two wallet confirmations: an ERC-20 approval, then the lock itself. Done.
Share the proof
Every lock gets a public proof page like hoodlock.tech/app?lock=0 that anyone can open. No wallet needed. It shows the amount, token, owner, unlock time and a direct link to the lock transaction on Blockscout. Drop it in your Telegram, pin it on X, put it in your docs. The contract speaks for itself.
Why HoodLock's locker can be trusted
- Verified source code — the locker at
0xD0f7…C32Fis verified on Blockscout; anyone can read every line. - No admin path to funds. Nobody, including HoodLock, can touch locked tokens.
- Owner-only withdrawal, only the lock owner can withdraw, and only after the unlock time.
- Extend-only — unlock dates can be pushed later but never shortened.
- Flat fee — 0.005 ETH per lock. No percentage cuts of your tokens, ever.
Common questions
How much does it cost to lock liquidity on Robinhood Chain?
HoodLock charges a flat 0.005 ETH per lock plus network gas. There are no percentage fees and no token cuts.
Can I unlock my tokens early?
No. Locks are extend-only by design — the unlock date can be moved later but never earlier. That is exactly what makes the lock a credible promise to your holders.
Can I lock LP tokens from the Robinhood Chain DEX?
Not yet. Liquidity on Robinhood Chain lives in Uniswap v3 and v4 positions, which are NFTs rather than ERC-20 LP tokens, and HoodLock's locker holds ERC-20 tokens only. You can lock any ERC-20 — team supply, treasury, or the project token itself — in under a minute.
How do holders verify my lock?
Every lock has a public proof page (hoodlock.tech/app?lock=<id>) showing amount, owner, unlock date and the on-chain transaction. No wallet needed to view it.
