Locking creator tokens after a Fendex launch.

Published 2026-07-28 · HoodLock Team

Fendex is a launchpad and trading platform on Robinhood Chain, built around private trading: you deposit into its vault, activity happens inside the platform's own account system, and withdrawals come back out on-chain. Whatever you hold in your own wallet sits outside that entirely, including a creator allocation.

What the platform covers, and what it doesn't

Fendex's own documentation describes the model plainly: "Fendex keeps the entry and exit on a public chain while individual trading happens inside the platform's private account system." Deposits and withdrawals are visible on Robinhood Chain; the trading between them is not.

That is a statement about trading, not about custody of your project's supply. Tokens you launched with and kept — the creator allocation, team supply, anything set aside for contributors — live in ordinary wallets and can be moved at any moment. Nothing about the platform changes that, and nothing about it is supposed to.

Why holders check it

Someone deciding whether to buy opens the holder list and asks one question: how much of the supply sits in wallets that could sell today. A creator holding a visible share with nothing preventing a sale is the most common reason a young token stalls, not because the creator plans to sell, but because nobody can rule it out. What they're reading covers the mechanics.

Closing it

Both cost a flat 0.005 ETH and neither takes a percentage of the tokens. Every position gets a proof page that reads live from the chain and opens without a wallet — that link is the part that does the work.

Doing it

  1. Copy your token's contract address. For $FENDEX itself that's 0x6c723aD879D276871EF36E43aC959F14141318F6; for a token you launched, take it from your own deployment rather than from a chat message.
  2. Open HoodLock with the wallet holding the tokens.
  3. Pick the token, amount and date. For vesting, add the beneficiary and an optional cliff.
  4. Approve, confirm, share the proof link.

What can't be locked here

Fendex pools trade on Uniswap v4, where a liquidity position is an NFT rather than an ERC-20 LP token. HoodLock's locker holds ERC-20 tokens, so those positions can't be locked with it today. Tokens themselves — creator supply, team allocations, treasury — are ERC-20 and can. Pools on the chain's Uniswap v2 deployment are ERC-20 LP tokens and can be locked; how to tell which you have.

Two things to check for yourself

Before committing anything to any platform, including this one, two checks cost nothing. Open the token contract on Blockscout and confirm the source is verified — without it, the transfer logic and supply cap can't be read by anyone outside the team. And if a platform holds funds on your behalf, read what the vault contract permits, particularly whether it can be upgraded and by whom.

Neither check is a judgement about any project. They're the same two things worth checking everywhere, and reading a contract on Blockscout walks through both.

Common questions

Does Fendex lock creator tokens?

No. Fendex's model covers trading inside its own account system — deposits and withdrawals happen on-chain, the trading between them does not. Tokens held in your own wallet, including a creator allocation, sit outside that and can be moved at any time.

Can I lock a token launched on Fendex with HoodLock?

Yes, for the tokens themselves. Any ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain can be locked or vested, including $FENDEX. Liquidity positions are a separate matter — Fendex pools trade on Uniswap v4, where a position is an NFT rather than an ERC-20, and HoodLock's locker holds ERC-20 tokens only.

What is the $FENDEX contract address?

0x6c723aD879D276871EF36E43aC959F14141318F6 on Robinhood Chain. Take any contract address from the project's own site or the DEX pair rather than from a chat message, where lookalike addresses are a standard scam.

Should I lock my creator allocation or vest it?

Lock if it is your own allocation and one date is enough. Vest if it goes to a team or contributors, since gradual release with an optional cliff says something about time rather than about a single day.
